Visiting Lillehammer

Lillehammer is a town with just over 20.000 inhabitants, located in the inlands of Norway by the largest lake in Norway, Mjøsa, in Oppland county. If you visit Lillehammer you may want to visit these attraction:

– The arenas from the 1994 winter olympics.

– Maihaugen, a collection of old buildings from the area. It is the largest open air museum in Norway.

– Take a trip on PS Skibladner on the lake Mjøsa (the largest in Norway) is the world’s oldest paddle steamer in scheduled service.

– Strandtorget shopping center.
